Scrooge The Musical Alyson reports that the play has been successfully cast with over forty performers. Readings and rehearsals are underway for what will be a fun, musical production to see out the year. Also see the “Our next Production” page on this site. Opening Night Sat. November 22!

Christmas Party The 2009 Nowra Players Christmas Party will be held at the theatre on Saturday December 20 from 6pm. Cost is $2 per person, payable to Anji Cvetkovic.
Plays for 2010 Now is the time to submit plays for our 2010 season. Submissions may be given to committee members.
Youth Drama Awards Invitations have been sent out to the schools. The adjudicator will be Annalise Szota, a long-time member of the Players who has completed her studies in drama and is now working professionally in the field. The date for the event is Wednesday Sept. 10 at the theatre.
First Production for 2009! Nowra Player’s first production for 2009 will be Women of Lockerbie by Deborah Brevoort. The play is directed by Debra Davies and produced by Kathy Hudson and will run from March 21 - April 4, 2009.
New Box Office With the closure of Fireball Records, the box office for Nowra Players has moved to the Shoalhaven Visitor’s Information Centre—Nowra which is located on the Princes Highway just south of the bridge with the helicopter out the front.
