·  Diamond Anniversary-The theatre will be 60 next year and ideas are needed for the celebrations. Send your ideas to Alyson Whiteoak: alyson.whiteoak@bigpond.com

·  A Wife Too Many has been approved as the final production for the year. This play has been adapted by Lyn Harnwell from The Beggar’s Opera by John Gay

·  Patrons/members are reminded that the theatre does have disabled access at the side of the theatre. Inform the front of house staff if needed so that the side door can be opened. Signs will be displayed.

·  There were some issues with ticket sales during the last production, with many tickets double sold. Ben has spoken to the Visitors Centre Manager and they are putting a new system in place to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

·  As per the guidelines the Production Manager is in charge of the Crew, not the Director. However, any problems should be solved at the Production Planning Meeting before anyone is selected.
